Excellent supplement. B12 and folic acid are in methyl form so they're more absorbable. I really like the tart taste. I find it refreshing. I'm an ultra runner and find this to be helpful for rehydration.

This actually has a useful amount of sodium in it, unlike many other post workout drinks. The vitamin b is helpful and to top it off the BCAAs...and at a good price! I also feel a difference after drinking this.

I've searched high and low for an electrolyte that is low-calorie and doesn't influde artificial sweeteners. I am pleased to announce that it makes me feel so hydrated after a sweaty workout. I notice better energy and faster recovery when i use this product
